Smith arrives with 15 years of experience in the construction industry, giving him a deep understanding of complex building projects from preconstruction through closeout. His background includes managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination on a range of commercial developments. In his new role, he will oversee project teams and serve as a primary point of contact for clients.

Ferioli steps into the assistant project manager position, where he will support daily operations, document control, and communication between field staff and office personnel. His appointment reflects the company's focus on developing talent and maintaining strong project oversight.

The hires come as Bowdoin continues to take on work across the region.
